In compliance with Article 78 of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956 and Article 2(6) and 2(7) of the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Jersey) Order, 1998

NOTE: a prescribed fee of £84.25 is chargeable for each permit issued

Note: Temporary permits will only be issued when there is no alternative method of transportation or if it is in the public interest to do so. Loads that can be transhipped from larger to smaller vehicles at the dock area may not be granted a permit. Please give as much detail as possible regarding destination and purpose in the island and reason for requesting a permit.
