St Helier recycling facilities

‚ÄčKerbside recycling

The Parish of St Helier has introduced a household recycling kerbside collection for paper, cardboard, plastic bottles and cans. 

The scheme is being expanded to include other areas of St Helier.

Coloured recycling bags

If your household is included in the scheme, you will be sent an information leaflet and coloured bags (red bags for plastic bottles and cans and blue bags for paper and cardboard). 

Additional bags can be collected from:

  • Temple Stores - Stopford Road
  • Aquila Road Stores - 8 Aquila Road
  • Don Road Newsagent - opposite Bacchus Bar
  • Costcutter - Pier Road
  • Costcutter - St Aubin's Inner Road, First Tower

Recycling points 

Recycling can also be taken to the recycling points in the parish. All items which are delivered to the recycling points should be:
  • clean (cans, plastic bottles, glass, textiles)
  • empty (cans, plastic bottles)

Do not leave items that we do not collect for recycling - such as glass and cardboard - at the bring banks listed in the table below.
