Important customer information

We are very busy and ask customers to read the guidance below before visiting our site:

  • only 1 person per car (unless you have a heavy load to empty as you will need to unload your vehicle without any assistance)
  • social distancing is required at all times
  • staff cannot help unload vehicles
  • aim to be on and off our site within 10 minutes. Please load your vehicle in a way that it is easy for you to unload (all paper together, all bulky waste together, etc).
  • no trailers or commercial vehicles are permitted. If you have a large load that will take longer than 10 mins to empty, you'll need to contact us to arrange an appointment
  • expect lengthy delays of over 1 hour
  • don't visit the site if it can wait, this will help to reduce customer numbers and delays
  • be nice to our staff who are there to keep you and our sites safe. Anyone who is abusive to staff will leave the site without emptying their vehicle
