Important customer information
The bring bank sites are open. We are extremely busy and ask customers to read this guidance before visiting any of the sites:
- social distancing is required at all times
- please load your vehicle in a way that it is easy for you to unload so you can be on and off site as quickly as possible
- take steps to keep yourself safe and reduce contact with the recycling bins which may be used by hundreds of people each day i.e. bring your own wipes and gloves and wash your hands before and after using the bins
- do not overload the sites. Only bring small volumes of household recycling and please put all recycling in the bins, not on the ground. We will try to empty the sites as quickly as we can.
