External organisations If you would like to make a complaint or provide feedback about an external government funded organisation, also referred to as an arm’s length organisation, you can:
contact them directly ask us to pass on the feedback or complaint on your behalf
Examples of arm’s length organisations include:

We don’t investigate complaints for external organisations. They’ll respond to you directly once they’ve received your feedback.
