About the consultation

Waterworks Valley is to be made more pedestrian-friendly on Sundays throughout August in a trial scheme to support Islanders’ wellbeing.

Between 9am and 6pm every Sunday from 2 to 30 August, Le Chemin des Moulins will be closed to through-traffic to make it easier for cyclists and walkers to enjoy the valley’s natural beauty.

We want your views on:

  • the Waterworks Valley trial (should it be extended, and has it encouraged you to enjoy the natural environment)
  • whether other roads in Jersey should be made more pedestrian-friendly
  • what else could be done to support Islanders' wellbeing
