​An application has been received from the Jersey Royal Company Ltd to abstract water from a reservoir on a stream to the east of Field no. 01739, La Rue de la Ville au Bas, St Ouen. If granted, the licensed quantity is not to exceed 690 cubic metres (approximately 151,778 gallons) in any 24 hour period.

Anyone who wishes to make representations under Article 8 (Water Resources (Jersey) Law 2007) should do so in writing to the Regulator at the address or email below. All representations must be received before the deadline of Monday 14 January 2019, quoting the application reference. Copies of representations will be passed to the applicant and may be published online. The applicant will have the right of reply to any representations. The applicant may respond to these comments by writing to the Regulator within 14 days of receipt of the copies.
