About the consultation

​The Royal Court Rules Review Group wants your comments on this final consultation paper.

The purpose of this paper is to set out the group’s recommendations on what changes might be made to the Royal Court Rules 2004 and related practice directions to improve access to justice and reduce the risks of and costs associated with litigation.
