Behavioural safety programme rolled out to all construction workers

Since the launch of the Behavioural Safety Leadership programme, developed by the Jersey Safety Council (JSC) in conjunction with seven leading construction companies, 300 senior and junior leaders from 47 local companies have completed the programme. 

The JSC has recently announced that the change programme is now being rolled out to all construction workers through the launch of Behavioural Safety training. This will be delivered by leaders of the construction companies who have undergone the Behavioural Safety Leadership programme, using a simple-to-follow set of materials (currently available in English and Portuguese). The training will take 2 hours.
