I would like to know how many states members live in States Housing or housing owned by Andium or Housing Trusts

The information is exempt from disclosure as it is already in the public domain.

The States Greffe has previously received a Freedom of Information request asking for a list of States Members who are tenants of Andium Homes or a Housing Trust. The response to this Freedom of Information request was published on www.gov.je at the following link:

Article 23 Information accessible to applicant by other means

(1) Information is absolutely exempt information if it is reasonably available to the applicant, otherwise than under this Law, whether or not free of charge.

(2) A scheduled public authority that refuses an application for information on this ground must make reasonable efforts to inform the applicant where the applicant may obtain the information.
