Please provide the contents of the “memorandum of understanding” recently agreed with Rwanda and the contents of any tax agreements between Jersey and Rwanda entered into in the last 5 years.

On 26 June 2015, Jersey entered into an agreement with the Republic of Rwanda for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income (the Double Taxation Agreement). A copy of the Double Taxation Agreement can also be found on this website.
