Children with Disabilities Register

About the Children with Disabilities Register

The Children with Disabilities Register holds information about children and young people under the age of 18 with special needs arising from a disability or health condition.

We use the Register to contact families to give them information about services and support in Jersey. We consult with children and families on the Register and use information to plan and monitor our services.

Benefits of being on the Children with Disabilities Register

You will receive:

  • a newsletter three times a year telling you about support groups, benefits, activities and other useful information
  • a Max Card which gives you benefits, for example front of queue access or discounted entry in Jersey and the UK
  • the opportunity to be involved in consultations about existing or new services for children with disabilities
