Registering pharmacy premises

​Registering pharmacy premises

You must register under Jersey law to trade as a pharmacy in Jersey. It’s against the law to trade as a pharmacy if you’re not registered.

To apply for registration you must: 
  • complete the application form below and send it to the Chief Pharmacist at Jersey General Hospital
  • pay the registration fee of £200
Make your cheque payable to ‘Treasurer of the States’ and send it with your application form. Our Chief Pharmacist will email you to let you know when you’re registered.

To trade as a pharmacy in Jersey a business / company must be registered under Jersey law.
You can check if a business / company is registered on the register below.

If you think a business / company is trading as a pharmacy and you can’t find their name on the register, contact the Chief Pharmacist.
