Making a sports booking

Make a booking

Complete the sports facility block booking form and send it to the central bookings officer at Fort Regent. You'll be sent booking confirmation, subject to facility availability, and a copy of the hiring terms and conditions.​

Annual bookings

Yearly block bookings for sports clubs, associations and organisations can be submitted in advance, but will only be confirmed on a quarterly basis.

Paying for block bookings

Your club will be invoiced at the end of each calendar​ month for the previous month's booking. Cheques should be made payable to the Treasurer of the States.

Active Jersey App

Active Jersey have created a smartphone app to help improve services, you can download the Active app to book individual fitness classes at Fort Regent, Les Quennevais or Springfield.

The app can also be used to:

  • find available fitness classes
  • book a class or join a waiting list
  • cancel your place in class
  • view up to date centre information
  • opening times for sports centres
  • swimming pool timetables
  • news and events from sport centres
  • push notifications with the latest information
