Jersey in Figures 2011 released

The States of Jersey Statistics Unit has released its annual compendium of statistics, Jersey in Figures 2011.

Jersey in Figures presents key economic and social information about the Island within a single source. It includes key data produced by a range of States Departments and official organisations as well as the data published by the Statistics Unit.

Jersey in Figures presents up-to-date figures on, for example:

education
health
crime
transport
tourism
agriculture
culture and heritage
sports development
national income
public accounts
prices and earnings
employment
economy

It is hoped that the pocket-sized booklet will continue to form a convenient and clear reference for the public and visitors to the Island, as well as private institutions and businesses.
