Drainage issues to be resolved on Victoria Avenue

Trant (Jersey) Ltd will be repairing the northern pavement on Victoria Avenue from Rue du Galet to First Tower for a week from 16 January 2012. The work will be carried out at no cost to the public.

After completion of the resurfacing project in 2010, it was found that in some locations, the footway was uneven and allowed puddles to form. The current works will be to replace the affected areas of footway.

One lane of the eastbound carriageway will be closed from 9.15am to 4.00pm and the works are expected to take one week.
