Additional census tables published

31 August 2022

Statistics Jersey have today published additional data tables from the 2021 Census.

The first table presents the total population as well as the population of those aged 16 and over broken down by Jersey's revised electoral districts.

Electoral districts population

The second table presents the number of vacant properties identified at the time of the census broken down by the reasons for vacancy. There was no requirement for householders to provide reasons for properties being vacant. However, information was provided for around half (47%) of dwellings listed as vacant at the time of the 2021 Census.

These tables as well as other data tables from the 2021 census are available on the Government open data platform.
