About the project
A trial scheme to improve facilities for pedestrian and bus users at Trinity Primary School will begin in September 2024 and continue to August 2025.
Feedback received during this trial will be used to design a permanent scheme which will be constructed in August 2025.
Infrastructure and Environment (IE) will be providing temporary footway build outs to narrow the road and provide an improved crossing facility.
The build outs will also provide an improved waiting area for bus passengers.
A full time 20mph speed limit will replace the part time 20mph speed limit during the trial scheme.
Drivers will no longer be possible to turn right from La Route de la Trinite into Les Ruelles.
