Statement of significance
This C18 mill is a rare survivor of its type in Jersey, and the last remaining working watermill on the island. Its historic fabric and associated waterways and some equipment remains.

External Description
T shaped, 2 storey building. Front (west) elevation: pantile roof. Stone chimney, with dripstones, to east gable. Walls rubble with irregular stone and brick dressed openings. Windows replacement 6 pane double casements. North elevation: pantile roof, gable end section projecting to west. Walls rubble with stone quoins, brick dressed openings. Windows replacement 12 pane sashes. Water wheel against gable. South elevation: pantile roof with gable section projecting to west. Walls to east rubble with dressed stone quoins, brick dressed openings apart from dressed stone to jambs of arched doorway. Gable end rubble with pierre perdu render, small 4 stone opening in attic. Windows replacement 12 pane sashes. Mill leat running from west to north side of building.
