So as to ensure transparency in the processing of a planning application any comments submitted will be published alongside the details of the application. Personal details that are not relevant to the application will not be published. Comments have to be submitted in writing and anonymous comments cannot be accepted.

Whilst we welcome comments in the consideration of applications for planning permission, only matters that relate to planning can be taken into account. These include:

the design and character of a proposed building
potential for noise and disturbance
potential for significant loss of light and overbearing impact

traffic generation and road safety
car parking
