Notice is hereby given on behalf of each of the companies Advanz Pharma Investment Holdings (Jersey) Limited and Advanz Pharma Corp. Limited (the Merging Companies) of their intention to merge in accordance with Article 127C and Part XVIIIB of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended and continue as one merged company to be known as Advanz Pharma Corp. Limited:

  • Advanz Pharma Investment Holdings (Jersey) Limited
  • Advanz Pharma Corp. Limited

Any creditor of any of the Merging Companies who objects to the merger may, within 30 days of this notice, give notice of his objection to the relevant company at Aztec Group House, 11-15 Seaton Place, St Helier, JE4 0QH, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands.

A creditor who gives notice to the Company and whose claim against the Company has not been discharged may, within 30 days after the date of such notice, apply to the Royal Court for an order restraining the merger.
