PHF Securities No.1 Limited notice of liquidator appointment

In the matter of PHF Securities No.1 Limited (the "Company")

Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to Article 158(1) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended) (the Law), that the Company has passed a special resolution resolving that the Company be wound up by means of a creditors' winding up pursuant to Chapter 4 of Part 21 of the Law. The Company also passed a special resolution that Richard Fleming and Mark Firmin of Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP, Suite 3 Regency House, 91 Western Road, Brighton, BN1 2NW and Clive Le Marquand of PKF BBA Limited, 9 Bond Street, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, JE2 3NP be appointed as the liquidators of the Company. The Company's registered office is located at 44 Esplanade, St. Helier, Jersey, JE4 9WG.
