​​Notice is hereby given that pursuant to an Act of Court dated 9 February 2024 Alan John Roberts and James Richard Pirie of Grant Thornton Limited, Third Floor, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier JE1 1ET were appointed Joint Liquidators of Babylon Holdings Limited ("the company") under Article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended.

All creditors of the above company are required on or before the 9 April 2024 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Joint Liquidators together with supporting documentation, and all persons indebted to the said Company are required to settle with the Joint Liquidators by 9 April 2024.
