​Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 204, subsection (1)(b) of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004 that Beechtree Overseas Investments Limited ("the Company") is in Voluntary Liquidation. The voluntary liquidation commenced on 21 March 2024.  

The Liquidator is  Kenneth M. Hodge of  HLB Trinity (BVI) Ltd. 4th Floor, RJT Edifice, Waterfront Drive, Box 260, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands VG1110.
