​​​​​Notice is hereby given that on 11 January 2024 the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority (JCRA) issued an Initial Notice exercising specified regulatory functions under the Postal Services (Jersey) Law 2004 for Jersey Post Limited. The functions relate to the issuing of a Class II licence, specific reporting requirements and the implementation of a quality of service regime.​
