An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St. Helier will be held at 7pm on Wednesday 25 May 2022 at the Town Hall.
Parishioners are asked to take into consideration and, if deemed advisable:
- to approve the Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on 27 April 2022
- to recommend to the Licensing Assembly the following applications for licences for the year 2022 in virtue of the Licensing (Jersey) Law 1974

recommend to the Licensing Bench an application by P & J Catering Limited holder of a Third category licence in respect of premises known as The Rigatoni (formerly The Wharf House), Unit 13, Liberty Wharf, La Route de la Liberation; to change the current layout to increase from 21 to 40 covers.
to recommend to the Licensing Assembly an application by La Bastille Taverne (Holdings) Limited, holder of First and Third category licences and a P49 Bailiff's Entertainment Permit in respect of premises known as La Bastille Taverne, 35 Queen Street and 9 Bath Street; to extend the liquor licences and P49 permit to cover the ground and first floor of 33 Queen Street. There is no alteration to the extension of liquor licences for the outside seating areas currently covered by a Chose Publique permit.

Those attending online will be able to view the proceedings, but only those attending the Assembly in person at the Town Hall will be able to vote.
