St Helier Parish Assembly

An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Helier will be held at 7pm on Wednesday 15 July 2026 at the Town Hall for the following business:

• the Connétable to present the Accounts (Financial Statements) of the Parish of St Helier for the Financial Year 2025 to 2026, in accordance with the terms of Article 21 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005, the Accounts having been audited, and examined and approved by the Committee appointed for that purpose
• the Connétable to present, and the Assembly to approve, the Estimates of the Parish of St Helier for the Financial Year 2026 to 2027, in accordance with the terms of Article 21 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005
• to approve a Parish Rate for the Financial Year 2026 to 2027, in accordance with the terms of Article 21 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005
• the election of an Accounts Committee to examine the Connétable’s Accounts for the Financial Year 2026 to 2027
• to approve the appointment of the Parish Auditors Alex Picot for 2026 to 2027
