10 July 2025​An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Helier will be held at 7pm on Wednesday 16 July 2025, at the Town Hall for the following business:
- The Connétable to present the Accounts (Financial Statements) of the Parish of St Helier for the Financial Year 2024/25, in accordance with the terms of Article 21 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005, the Accounts having been audited and examined and approved by the Committee appointed for that purpose
- The Connétable to present, and the Assembly to approve, the Estimates of the Parish of St Helier for the Financial Year 2025/26, in accordance with the terms of Article 21 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005
- To approve a Parish Rate for the Financial Year 2025/26, in accordance with the terms of Article 21 of the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005
- The election of an Accounts Committee to examine the Connétable’s Accounts for the Financial Year 2025/26
- To approve the appointment of the Parish Auditors Alex Picot for 2025/26

Parishioners are asked to arrive in good time to check their entitlement to vote, for example electors of the Parish, ratepayers and nominated mandataires.
