St Helier Parish Assembly

An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Helier will be held at 7pm on Wednesday 29 October 2025 at the Town Hall.

Parishioners are asked to take into consideration and, if deemed advisable:

• to approve the Minutes of the Parish Assembly held on 24 September 2025
• to approve a recommendation of the Connétable and Procureurs du Bien Public to the purchase of Allix’s Shipyard to the Parish for £1​ and to approve for Parish Officers to undertake immediate essential repairs to the property, estimated at £7,000, in order to improve public safety. The Assembly is to instruct the Connétable and at least one Procureur du Bien Public to pass a contract. • to recommend to the Licensing Assembly the following application for a licence for the year 2025 in virtue of the Licensing (Jersey) Law 1974:
  

• to consider an application by Jersey Bulls Football Club Limited, in respect of premises known as The Bulls Bar and Fan Zone (Jersey Bulls FC), Springfield Stadium, Janvrin Road, holder of a 1st category licence. The application is to increase the hours that alcohol can be sold in the Bulls Bar, as detailed in the agreed liquor licence conditions set out in their lease; that the licence permits the sale of alcohol in the Bulls Bar in the following additional extended circumstances: Monday to Friday (weekdays) 5.30pm to 11pm, Saturdays 11am to 11pm, Sundays 11am to 6pm (specific events only)
