An Assembly of the Principals and Electors of the Parish of St Clement will be held at the Parish Hall on Tuesday 26 August 2025 at 7pm to:

  • receive, and if deemed advisable, adopt the accounts of the Connétable for the financial year ending 30 April 2025, the said accounts having been previously examined and approved by the Committee appointed for that purpose, and audited by the Parish Accountants, PKF BBA Audit and Assurance Limited
  • approve the estimates of the funds required by the Parish for the financial year ending 30 April 2026 to include a sum of money for the upkeep and maintenance of the by-roads and a sum of money for the purpose of making grants to various Charities and Organisations to be allocated by the Connétable and Procureurs du Bien Public
  • approve a rate of an amount that will produce for the Parish income that is at least sufficient to satisfy the requirements as set out in the approved estimates
  • receive nominations and name a committee to examine the Connétable’s accounts for the financial year ending 30 April 2026
  • appoint a firm of auditors to audit the Connétable’s accounts for the financial year ending 30 April 2026
