Notice is hereby given that La Vignette Limited (“the Company”) intends to make an application to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for authorisation to seek continuance as a body incorporated under the laws of Gibraltar. Any creditor of the Company who wishes to object to the application may do so by lodging notice of such objection at the Company’s registered office at First Floor, Tower House, La Route es Nouaux, St Helier, JE2 4ZJ within 21 days of this publication of this notice.
