Notice is hereby given on behalf of Latitude Consultancy Limited (Company), a company incorporated in Jersey with company number 124637, whose registered office is at 28 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3QA, of its intention to apply to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for continuance in Abu Dhabi pursuant Part 18C of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended.

Any creditor of the Company with an objection to the continuance of the Company should notify the Company of their objection in writing within 21 days of the date of this Notice.  All correspondence should be sent to the Company care of JTC Law, 28 Esplanade, St Helier JE2 3QA.

A creditor who gives notice to the Company and whose claim against the Company has not been discharged may, within 21 days after the date of such notice, apply to the Royal Court for an order restraining the application for continuance.
