Notice is hereby given that the Executive Committee of the League of Friends has called a Special Meeting of the League to take place at 11am on Tuesday March 26 2024 at St John’s Parish Hall when the following resolution will be considered:

Subject to the sanction of the Royal Court, to agree that the Association known as the League of Friends of the Jersey Group of Hospitals, incorporated by Act of the Royal Court dated 22 March 2013 be dissolved and after payment of its debts and dissolution expenses, its remaining assets be distributed to the Minister for Health and Social Services for the purchase of medical equipment in the General Hospital. 

Any persons interested are welcome to attend. If the resolution is adopted, application will be made to the Royal Court on Friday 5 April 2024 at 10am seeking the Court’s sanction to the dissolution.
