Holders of a licence for the sale of intoxicating liquor are reminded that by virtue of Article 10 of the Licensing (Jersey) Law, 1974, any licence which expires on 24 December 2024 may be renewed for the further period of 1 year.

Applications must be made to Infrastructure and Environment between 5 October and 5 November 2024.

Should applications be made between 6 November and 14 December 2024 an add​itional fee of £200 will be charged.​
