Notice is hereby given that on 22 September 2023 the Royal Court of Jersey ordered that the Company be wound up pursuant to Article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991 and that Stuart Gardner and Richard Barker of Ernst & Young LLP be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 21 November 2023.
