RTI Limited in provisional liquidation

Following an Act of Court issued by the Royal Court of Jersey on 17 July 2025, the Company was placed into Provisional Liquidation pursuant to Article 157B of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991. 

​James Richard Pirie and Alan John Roberts of Grant Thornton Limited, Kensington Chambers, 46/50 Kensington Place, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1ET were appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators.

Notice is hereby given by the Company pursuant to Article 160A(1)(b) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton Limited on 7 August 2025 at 10am.

All creditors of the Company are required to send their names and particulars of their claims to the Joint Provisional Liquidators prior to the creditors’ meeting by email to corporate.recovery@gt-ci.com.
