Notice is hereby given that on 20 February 2024 the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority (JCRA) issued an Initial Notice proposing to exercise specified regulatory functions under the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law 2002 for JT (Jersey) Limited. The proposed directions are with respect to the implementation of regulatory financial reporting.
