​​Pursuant to Article 10 of the Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fideicommis et l’incorporation d’associations, The Friends of St Thomas’ Church (an Association established under this law) proposes, by application to the Royal Court on 22 March 2024, to dissolve the Association.

There are no remaining funds to be distributed or immovable property held.

The members of the Association have already voted at an Extraordinary General Meeting to dissolve the Association.

Any person who wishes to object to the application or proposals may do so by lodging notice of such objection to the Secretary, Rosemarie Hill by no later than close of business 15 March 2024. You can contact us by email at friends.st.thomas.jersey@gmail.com or by post to:
