​Notice is hereby given of an application to be made to the Royal Court at 10am on Friday 13 October 2023 to approve the formal dissolution of the The Shelter Trust C.S.&C. Association and to sanction the transfer of all remaining The Shelter Trust CIG balances to the Jersey Common Interest Group of Community Savings Ltd. 

Any interested person who wishes to object to the Royal Court granting the above application should, on or before 13 October 2023 notify the Judicial Greffier, Judicial Greffe, Royal Square, JE1 1JG setting out in writing the grounds of objection and should attend before the Royal Court at 10am on Friday 13 October 2023
