Changes to Traffic Arrangements on Wellington Road

The Minister for Infrastructure is asked to approve an Amendment to the Road Traffic (St. Saviour) (Jersey) Order 2000 to extend the existing prohibition of parking area on Wellington Road in pursuance of Article 68 Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956 as requested by Infrastructure department. These changes will take effect from 18th April 2024.

Introduced to the schedule of the order:

Article 5 (1)

Schedule 3 - Prohibition of Waiting

Add an entry in Column 2 for Wellington Road:

  • “South side (from its junction with Bagatelle Lane for a distance of 54.5 yards in an easterly direction)”
  • “South side (from a point 65.5 yards east of the junction with Bagatelle Lane for a distance of 23 yards in an easterly direction)”
  • “South side (from a point 98.5 yards east of the junction with Bagatelle Lane for a distance of 85 yards in an easterly direction)”
  • “South side (from a point 193.5 yards east of the junction with Bagatelle Lane in an easterly direction to La Rue du Froid Vent)”
