abrdn Latin American Income Fund in liquidation

Notice is hereby given that on 12 June 2023 the following resolutions were passed by the members of abrdn Latin American Income Fund Limited (the “Company”) that the Company be summarily wound up in accordance with the provisions of Article 146 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, and that Linda Maree Johnson and Louis Leonard Gerber of KPMG Advisory Limited, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 8WQ having consented to act, be and are appointed as joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the summary winding up of the Company (the “Summary Winding-up”).

All persons having claims against, or who are indebted to, the above-named Company are requested to send details thereof to the Liquidators at the address below not later than 7 July 2023.
