Dissolution of The Causeway Association

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Loi (1862) sur les teneures en fideicommis et l’incorporationd’associations, The Causeway Association, an Association established under this law, proposes, by application to the Royal Court on 15 August 2025, to dissolve the Association. 

All surplus funds have been distributed to the Association of Jersey Charities.  Following this distribution there is no remaining immovable property. 

The members of the Association have already voted at an Extraordinary General Meeting to dissolve the Association. 

Any person who wishes to object to the application or proposals may do so by lodging notice of such objection to the Secretary, Rosemarie Hill by no later than close of business on the 1 August 2025.
