An Assembly of Principals and Electors of The Parish of St Ouen will be held on Wednesday 1 February 2023 at 8pm in The Parish Hall to:

  • approve if deemed advisable, The Act of the Assembly of the 22 May 2022
  • that the Rector and Churchwardens be authorised to seek Faculties from the Ecclesiastical Court and Planning Consent from the Government of Jersey to:
    • remove the external glazing from the stained-glass Windows sII, sVIII, wI, nII, nV, nVI and nIX as shown in the plan (JER010) and catalogued in a Condition Report by J&R Cooke Ltd and replace with Energy Protection Glazing (EPG)
    • remove the stained-glass Windows sII, sVIII, wI, nII, nV, nVI and nIX for restoration and to reinstall into the window reveal to create an internally ventilated EPG
    • remove the external glazing from the leaded-glass Windows nIII, nIV, nVII and  nVIII as shown in the plan (JER010) and catalogued in a Condition Report by J&R Cooke Ltd and replace with polycarbonate protection
    • remove, refurbish and re-lead Windows nIII, nIV, nVII and nVIII
    • remove, refurbish and re-lead the porch windows
