Notice is hereby given that a Representation filed by the directors of Fairway Investments Limited for its winding up on just and equitable grounds under Article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 will be heard by the Royal Court at 2.30pm on Friday, 10 October 2025. 

The Representors are represented by Advocate R Gardner, and the address for service is Bedell Cristin, 26 New Street, St Helier, Jersey. 

The Representors seek orders that Fairway Investments Limited be wound up pursuant to Article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 and that Andy Wood and Alex Adam of Teneo, or such other person(s) as the Royal Court may think fit, be appointed as Joint Liquidators.
