26 June 2025The flying freehold apartment known as Apartment 11, One St Brelade, Le Mont de Gras D’Eau, St Brelade, Jersey JE3 8ED (the Property), part of the collective property known as One St Brelade Association under a declaration registered under La Loi (1991) sur la co-propriété des immeubles bâtis on 1 March 2024.
Notice is hereby given on behalf of Ms Jacqui Butlin that she will be making an application to the Royal Court of Jersey not earlier than 11 July 2025 to rescind the hereditary contract of purchase dated 1 March, 2024 between One St Brelade Limited as seller, The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited trading as NatWest International as lender and her as buyer in relation to the Property.
Any interested party or creditor of Ms Butlin who wishes to object to this application may do so by lodging notice of such objection with an explanation of their interest to Advocate Nicholas Mière of Steenson Nicholls LLP and Advocate Marcus Stone of Lexstone Lawyers no later than close of business on 7 July 2025 by email to nicholas@steensonnicholls.com and marcus.stone@lexstone.je.
