Notice is hereby given that, by Act of Court dated 23 May 2025 of the Royal Court (the "Court"), the Court has recognised the appointment of Daniel James Mark Smith and Julian Heathcote of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, Colmore Building, 20 Colmore Circus Queensway, Birmingham, B4 6AT as joint administrators (the "Joint Administrators") of Thursdays (UK) Limited (the "Company") pursuant to a Notice of Appointment of Administrators filed at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Court of England and Wales on 7 October 2024 and authorised the Joint Administrators, jointly and severally, to exercise such of their rights, powers and title as Joint Administrators of the Company under the Insolvency Act 1986 as may be necessary.​
