Notice is hereby given that Vector Limited (in Liquidation) (“the Company”) duly passed a Special Resolutions placing the Company in to Summary Winding Up with effect from 28 April 2025 in accordance with the provision of Chapter 2 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991, as amended, and Matthew Aidan Tucker and Leonard Louis Gerber of Leonard Curtis Jersey Limited were appointed as Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the Company are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Liquidator on or before 26 May 2025.

The Company is able to pay its known liabilities in full.
