Allied Gold Corp Limited to apply for continuance

Notice to creditors of continuance overseas pursuant to Article 127r of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended.

Notice is hereby given on behalf of Allied Gold Corp Limited, a company incorporated under Jersey law on 2 October 2019 with registered number 130012 (the Company) of its intention to apply to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for continuance in the Seychelles pursuant to Article 127T and Part 18C of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended.

The proposed continuance will have no impact on the creditors of the Company.  All rights of creditors will be preserved and will remain unchanged.

Any creditor of the Company with an objection to the continuance of the Company should notify the Company of their objection in writing within 21 days of the date of this Notice.  All correspondence should be sent to the Company at the following address:
