​Notice is hereby given that on 9 December 2021 a Special Resolution was duly passed by the members of Alra Limited (in Liquidation) (“the Company”) placing the Company into creditors’ winding up under Chapter 4 of Part XXI of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991.

At a duly convened meeting of the creditors on 9 December 2021, called in accordance with the provisions of Article 160 of the Companies (Jersey) Law, 1991, Stuart Arthur Gardner and Richard Peter Barker of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above-named Company are requested to send a detailed account of their names, address and particulars of their claims with supporting documentation to the Joint Liquidators on or before 10 February 2022.
