Notice to creditors of intention to make an application for continuance in another jurisdiction

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 127R of the Companies Law that the Company intends to make an application under Article 127T of the Companies Law to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for authorization to seek continuance in Mauritius (the "Application").

Any creditor of the Company who objects to the Application may within 21 days of the date of this advertisement give notice of his or her objection to the Company.
