Notice is hereby given on behalf of the following companies:

  • Martin Pecheur Limited, incorporated under Jersey law on 21 July 2009 with registered number 103659; and

  • Martin Pecheur Investments Limited, incorporated under Jersey law on 21 July 2009 with registered number 103658,

(each a Company and together the Companies), of their intention to apply to the Jersey Financial Services Commission for continuance in Luxembourg pursuant to Article 127T and Part 18C of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended.

Any creditor of the above Companies with an objection to the continuance of the respective Company should notify that Company of their objection in writing within 21 days of the date of this Notice. All correspondence should be sent to the respective Company at the following address:

A creditor who gives notice to any of the above Companies and whose claim against such Company has not been discharged may, within 21 days after the date of such notice, apply to the Royal Court for an order restraining the application for continuance.
