Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the Company held on 30 September 2020 the following special resolutions were resolved:

That the Company be wound up by means of a creditors' winding up pursuant to Chapter 4 of Part 21 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended and that Philip Braun of BDO Limited, First Floor, Windward House, La Route de la Liberation, St Helier, JE1 1BG and William Callewaert of BDO Limited, Place Du Pre, Rue Du Pre, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3LL be nominated and appointed as joint liquidators for the purpose of the winding up.

At a duly convened meeting of the creditors held on the same date, Philip Braun and William Callewaert were appointed joint liquidators (the "Joint Liquidators") by the creditors pursuant to Article 161 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991.

All persons having claims against the Company are requested to submit a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators at First Floor, Windward House, La Route de la Liberation, St Helier, JE1 1BG by Monday 16 November 2020 and that all persons owing monies to the Company settle the account concerned with the Joint Liquidators by the aforementioned date.
