An Assembly of Principals, Officers and Electors of the Parish of St John will be held on Wednesday 15 November 2023 in the Parish Hall at 7.15pm to:

  • approve the minutes of the Ecclesiastical Assembly held on Thursday 18 May 2023
  • confirm that any drainage apparatus that may cross the Trésor’s land (“issues”) in “La Rue des Buttes” may remain as at present and allow for drainage from the Parish land, the School, the playing field and the first time buyer homes in Clos de la Bout to the public sewer in ‘La Rue des Buttes’ and if any works are required thereto the Trésor will be given notice of at least 2 weeks, except in an emergency, and once the works are completed returned to its original state
  • confirm that the Connétable and 2 Procureurs du Bien Publique be authorised to attend the Royal Court, to represent the Trésor, in respect of Item 2 above by means of being party to a contract of gift of the West part of Field 525, St John, by “St John’s 525 Limited” to The Parish of St John
